These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and totolotre ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "totolotre"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://totolotre.cam and all associated services, features, content, and products offered therein.

totolotre operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players primarily in Malaysia and the broader Southeast Asian region. Our services include, but are not limited to, online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, lottery, and related promotional activities.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the totolotre platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

In these Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Use of the totolotre platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and maintain an Account if you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. totolotre enforces a strict 21+ policy. Users who misrepresent their age will have their accounts suspended, all funds forfeited, and may be referred to the relevant authorities.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not Previously Excluded: You must not have been previously self-excluded, suspended, or banned from the totolotre platform or any affiliated platform for any reason.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration details provided must be accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to promptly update your Account information whenever a change occurs.
• Own Account Only: You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Using an Account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another person is prohibited.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, and such other details as may be requested during the sign-up flow. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and your own.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to notify totolotre immediately at support@totolotre.cam if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. totolotre shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use arose from your failure to maintain credential security.

totolotre reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle. Standard documentation may include a valid Malaysian government-issued photo ID (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding the ID document. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds will be held pending successful KYC completion. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.

All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) by default. Players depositing via cryptocurrency will have their deposit converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of receipt. totolotre accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of crypto transmission and the time of credit.

totolotre accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), as well as select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.

Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations, typically within 15 to 30 minutes depending on network congestion.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or to a verified bank account held in the Player's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals are processed within minutes; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business hour for verified accounts. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network processing times.

totolotre reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements before processing withdrawal requests, including but not limited to requesting updated KYC documentation, source of funds declarations, or additional identity checks. Such measures are standard compliance procedures and do not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing.

totolotre does not charge platform-side fees on deposits made via Malaysian e-wallets, DuitNow, or FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits may incur network (gas) fees charged by the respective blockchain; these are external to totolotre and not within our control. Players are advised to account for such fees when sending cryptocurrency.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by totolotre are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer. In addition, the following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer's terms:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stipulated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit, as specified per offer).
• During an active bonus period, the maximum permitted bet per round or per single wager is MYR 250 to MYR 500 (as specified per offer). Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10% to 20%. Certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering contribution — consult the specific offer terms for a full list.
• totolotre reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or cancel a Player's eligibility for a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or attempted circumvention of bonus terms.
• Where a maximum cash-out limit applies to a bonus, any winnings exceeding that limit derived from bonus funds will be voided and removed from the Account balance upon withdrawal.
• Players who use multiple Accounts or collude with others to exploit bonuses will have all associated Accounts permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.

All casino games offered on the totolotre platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random, unbiased, and not manipulated by totolotre or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a connection interruption during gameplay, the Platform will attempt to complete the round in progress based on its pre-disconnection state. totolotre is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of connectivity interruptions caused by the Player's internet service provider, device, or local network. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.

totolotre reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error or as a result of a technical malfunction, software bug, or data feed error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance. No additional compensation will be payable in respect of voids arising from system errors.

Sports betting markets offered on totolotre — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other sporting events — are subject to individual event rules published at the time of market opening. Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with our standard event settlement rules. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional latency considerations and totolotre reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the totolotre platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw illicit funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform without human direction.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, using multiple accounts or exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash with minimal risk.
• Charging back any deposit made to the Platform via any payment method. Chargebacks will result in immediate Account suspension and legal recovery action for any chargedback amounts.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.

totolotre is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. We provide the following tools, all accessible directly from your Account dashboard, to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours; decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over rolling 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day periods.
• Session Time Limits: Players may restrict the maximum duration of any single gambling session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

totolotre collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used only for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support services. totolotre does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the totolotre platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Payment card details are never stored on our servers; payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment processors in full compliance with applicable security standards.

All content on the totolotre platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of totolotre or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of totolotre.

Game content provided by third-party studio partners is the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to totolotre for deployment on the Platform. Such content may not be extracted, reverse-engineered, or repurposed without express authorisation from the rightful IP owner.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, totolotre, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

totolotre's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim, or MYR 1,000, whichever is lower.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. totolotre makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds data, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability.

totolotre reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (b) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (c) the Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8; or (d) totolotre is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.

Upon Account termination for cause, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be reviewed and, subject to the outcome of any investigation, returned to the Player via the original deposit method or held pending the resolution of any dispute. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited immediately upon termination for cause.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team at support@totolotre.cam. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be refunded to a verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding compliance holds.

totolotre reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. In the event of material changes, totolotre will provide notice to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 13.3.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to totolotre's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support@totolotre.cam with a detailed description of the dispute.

totolotre will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 72 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before commencing any formal legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
